"Excellent hotel for relaxation. The staff is very friendly and professional. We have words of special thanks to Anika who arranged for our sons, who were not able to stay in the hotel due to room unavailability, to join us at the hotel and using all it’s facilities. We had a great family time relaxing at the beautiful beach and splendid pools. Wonderful place to stay in Langawi."
"The food at this hotel is overpriced. The breakfast buffet is terrific, but all other meals are not great value for the money. They charge for virtually every extracurricular activity, including billiards, foosball, tennis, etc.. These things should be included. "

"More than met every expectation.
Luxury for the discerning, not for those looking to flash their cash.
Our marina view room was large, exceedingly comfortable and well equipped, with 2 wardrobes, huge bed, tables, chairs, two wash basins, rainfall shower and separate bath.
Pool and beach areas absolutely superb and we never had a problem finding loungers. Complimentary snacks and refreshments offered around the pool during the afternoon.
Restaurants offered wide range of local and ‘international’ dishes, everything you could wish for so long as you’re not ridiculously fussy…but even if you were I wouldn’t be surprised if the excellent staff tried to accommodate you as best they could.
Location is peaceful but within a short grab/taxi ride of everything."
"Stayed in a beachfront villa 21 and it was amazing. Location was perfect. Had shade from the trees to escape the sun but direct access to the beach. Located between Horizons bar and the restaurant. Staff was very personable. Jat was our Butler and he made us feel welcomed and was always there if we had a request. All the staff was exceptional to be honest!! "
"Great pool, staff and location, within walking distance to a lot of cheap local eats. Only complaint is that the rooms are not well insulated and you can easily hear your neighbours (especially on ground floor). I am a light sleeper and was u"
"Everything was excellent but something worth considering is the practice of guests who put towels and a book on the sun beds before breakfast to hold a space by the pool or by the seaside. We watched people put their towel down and sunscreen then go off sight seeing for three hours and returning to their beds. It is selfish and unfair when there is limited umbrella space with sunbeds. The hotel needs to somehow monitor and ban this selfish behaviour. "
