โWe stayed in a premium sea view room which had plenty of room for 2 adults, 1 child (who was very pleased to have a whole sofa bed to herself!) and a baby. Baby cot was set up as requested on our arrival.
Hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was really nice and good temperature. We enjoyed a few free bits and pieces from the lounge bar - including milk for baby bottle (very handy).

โWe stayed in a family room with our dog. There was a welcome pack for the dog including a toy, treats and poo bags. They also provided bowls, towel and a bed. (Saved us getting the dog bed out of the car) We still used our dogs bowl as she's a miniature.

โI booked two nights for myself and my 12 yr old daughter. I was looking for somewhere with a bit of character, that was away from all the noise and bustle, had a good breakfast to set us up for the day and food available in the evening. I was not disappointed. The Weary Friar was such a great little find, a proper country pub with great food (nothing too fancy), friendly staff and peace and quiet to wake up to. Will definitely head there again!โ
โThe only slight disappointment was the waiting time at the table for our meals which is why I only scored four stars on service.
However, everything else was superb. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
The rooms were clean and well kept.

The accommodation was a great price in nicely finished rooms with a pub downstairs, walks, bike rides and shopping on your doorstep.
There's not much parking with the pub. You have to be lucky to get one but there's plenty available in town very close to the pub.โ
