My stay here was exceptional and the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. The meals were excellent, and eating a free breakfast while overlooking the ocean was a great start to my mornings. I forgot to pack an adaptor for my phone, but the staff was quick to loan me one. Lastly, not going to lie, I also fell in love here…with one of the cats roaming the property. Strong recommend!

Wanted somewhere to celebrate my wife’s birthday, so thought we would try this resort. They had a wedding reception going on, when we arrived, but that was okay, music was off before we went to bed. Most resorts have music on Friday nights. We had dinner at their restaurant, was surprised of how big portion was, as it suggests for 2 people. Reasonable priced, and staff were helpful. Totally recommend this place, the staff got together and sang happy birthday! Presented her 2 small birthday cakes, on her birthday. A great relaxing weekend, the beds were comfortable, the room was huge! Will return in the future.

Chateau by the Sea did not disappoint. When I first arrived I had an issue with my shower but they fixed it right away for me. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the view and meals were wonderful. They were so accommodating and kind I wouldn't hesitate to return. The breakfast was as amazing as the view, I really enjoyed their pool and the beach is really nice. They also were very friendly and kind to some guests that visited me there, I recommend this place highly.

Better late than never. Visited in jan. This place has amazing staff and beautiful views. the team of this property made sure than I have the best of everything. From the providing a room with the best view, best food, best arrangements to visit the attractions and many more. I literally cannot stop thanking to the team which made my stay memorable. Two night vacation stay

Sadly a disappointing stay here…. First of all this is not a hotel….its focus is as event venue….with a handful of rooms for guests to stay-over. Facilities for guests are limited…..for example the restaurant and small bar are closed at 8pm. Nothing else to do here….and need to walk quite a long way to find other dining options. Having said that, the ocean view room was spacious, clean and comfortable and good shower. Service levels from staff could really do with improving. Waited ages for someone to bring a dinner menu…..and finally went and found one myself. Staff walk past without greeting you in the morning….and most annoying of all I had to battle with staff to get a coffee at breakfast time ! A very limited menu allows you to pick three breakfast items and either a juice of coffee. Feeling thirsty I asked for a coffee and juice. The reply was ‘sorry sir, you can have one or the other’ ! After threatening to go back to my room and bring the complimentary coffee sachet and kettle down, she relented and said, ok Sir we will give you coffee. And this is for a room at 8,800 pesos per night including breakfast. Just very poor overall…….

Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Internet ist langsam/schwaches Wifi Signal. Dusche war defekt Warmwassererzeuger musste getauscht werden. Kakerlaken sind nach dem duschen aus dem Abfluss gekommen. Ums Hotel herum ist die blanke Armut z.B. Kinder die einen anbetteln. Die Anlage an sich ist schön. Reisen am besten nur per Taxi nicht zu Fuß.
