Phone not answered, eventually made contact by Whatsapp. The property itself is basic, but clean and comfortable, good value. An excellent concept, but the customer service backup should improve. "The room itself was almost spotless. However, my door handle was almost hanging off. I had to push my bed to the door to feel remotely safe as I slept. Brickdust and cement powder surrounded the entire hostel as there were major and VERY noisy construction work being done to the building. Avoid this place if you can."
