โThe hotel was a fantastic value. Room was quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was enough to start the day. Location is very convenient to major highways and restaurants. Don't hesitate to consider this hotel when staying in Bismarck.โ
โThey did a good job. My room was completely out of towels - as they forgot to put them in after cleaning the night before. A seed shell was left in the drawer next to bed (how does a seed shell even get in there?). A pair of socks were left in the closet - they were teenage mutant ninja turtle socks - they were dirty and had hokes in the heel of boyh socks - so I threw them away.
I enjoyed my stay - bed was comfortable and hottub was hot!โ
โThe pool wasnโt available, there was mold in the caulking in the tub, the fan cover in the bathroom was broken. The room overall was clean. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. โ
โI have stayed here a couple of times in the last month and both times Kumar checked us in. He was very friendly and explained everything very well. So many employees these days do only what they need to and are not friendly. He was exceptional and should be recognized for his professionalism and friendliness!โ
