Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

"Pros and cons. Nice rooms, nice pool, and good location. The staff needed better training and a few I encountered were not very professional. Pool (on two separate visits) had dirty towels, plates and cups in various places when I visited that were left around for a while with nobody coming around to clean them up. Pool bar also closed due to private parties when I visited, which was a disappointment. Would recommend but for a 4/5 star hotel, service could have been better."

"I didn't like the breakfast options, but for just 2 days it was acceptable. Also the Restaurant next door (Alma Gaucha) is not to everyone's taste. The closest reasonable places are at the Westin, half a mile away. Public transportation is not available within an acceptable distance."
