"Sébastien nous a très bien reçu. Nous étions les seuls hôtes lors de notre passage et nous avons partagé le dîner avec lui: amuses bouches au coeur de palmier et beurre de cacahuète accompagné de rhum arrangé, gratin de chouchou, poulet massale, riz, crevettes, gâteau au maïs... tout était copieux et succulent. Sébastien est très gentil, sociable, à l'ecoute... je recommande cette chambre d'hôte à tous"

"While the staff is very pleasant and the property clean, there is almost no internet speed, the area around the hotel is made up of apartment and thus noisy late at night with kids shouting. There is only 1 small restaurant at walking distance. You need car to get to beach and the pics from hotel misleading. i would recommend hotel for 1 to 2 day max, not 15 like we book and we left 2 days in our stay but hotel refused the refund (as per policy)"

"Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys. "

"Oui, très belle chambre. L'équipe était un peu débordée avec la préparation du réveillon. Un client arrivé après nous a été servi et eu leur chambre avant nous. Je l'ai fait remarquer au responsable qui était désolé. Très sympa quand il nous a offert le pdj. Très bon hôtel seul inconvénient ce sont les places de parking. Il faut se garer un peu plus loin mais ça va. Très belle expérience et nous avons déjeuné sur place, cuisine excellente ! Bravo à L'équipe."

"Le voyage a été gâché du fait du comportement insultant d'un serveur lors de notre dîner du soir. Il refusait de nous servir, il nous a jeté les plats. Il n'a pas amené de pain et d'eau. Il ne nous a pas dit au revoir. C'est inadmissible, il s'agit du serveur grand mince et chauve. Ce comportement a duré de notre arrivée au restaurant jusqu'à l'addition. Nous en avons fait part le lendemain à la réception. C'est d'autant plus dommageable que le reste du personnel était très agréable et très...
