"I really liked the community around the Hotel. A bit difficult to get transport, but I was offered transport by strangers on several occasions..Thanks to people of Annemasse. "Loved the view from this property overlooking the lake. Would have like air conditioning. A warning to anyone washing their clothes in the on-site laundry. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered. We could not believe we could not get that strong soap smell out. My wife almost threw away her clothes that she has washed there. Again don’t use their onsite...

"We had a great time at the P&V Atria-Crozats Residence. The property is stylish and relatively well positioned within the resort with stairs down to the village centre close by and easy access to slopes. However, this is not necessarily ideal for young children as it could be cumbersome to carry them and the ski gear up to the building… The children corner is a nice concept but the toys were mainly for toddlers and had missing parts.
