“Room was clean. No microwave though and they forgot the towels”

“The room was clean. That’s all I can say good about our overnight stay. They are upgrading the outside and it looks better even though they’re not finished. We barely had enough toilet paper to use once. Instead of going to the office to ask for some, we went to the grocery store and bought our own. “The floors in the room didn’t seem like they were cleaned, the non smoking room smell like mold. The bathroom sink didn’t drain quickly at all. The “breakfast” didn’t have much options. A dog is fed better than what they offered. The cereal had different variations of cereal in it. They weren’t lying when previous people had said the front desk people had an attitude.”

“We particularly enjoyed how accommodating the staff was to our requests. We wanted extra towels and they immediately made that happen, our car was immediately greeted and unloaded by the valet, making check-in very smooth. Its central location to excellent dining was also a huge plus!”

“Parking is NOT free unless you want to park on the street where there are a bunch of homeless people walking around and sleeping. You’re basically forced to park VIP which is almost $40 per night. “The parking situation is a disaster. That's where my criticism lies. First off, I didn't know at first I'd have to pay for parking or I never would have elected to stay there. Then, they told me that their parking lot was full. (So...I have a room reservation but you don't have a parking space for me?) Then I was told, "You need to reserve a parking space in advance." WHAT??? I had never been told this before. Then, I was told that I could park at a lot across the street from the hotel...

“Did not see any staff onsite but email was adequate. We also called with a question and staff was very friendly and helpful when they called back.”
