โRat droppings on bed and floor in one of the rooms. Ceiling leaking in one of the rooms. Also the power went out in the middle of the night during our stay..โ
โWe arrived the property around 4:10pm on 6/9, and realized that the owner or hotel.com didnโt send us the check in instruction, so we couldnโt get in. We tried to contact the owner listed on the hotel.com, but the phone number is out of service. So we contacted hotel.com, they got same info. Eventually hotel.com said they will cancel my reservation and book a new one. Now it is 5pm, the owner suddenly sent us the access code. We finally can got in.
But then when we walked in, all beds in all...
โThe guest should be allowed to open or close the curtains. For room # 412 it was like looking at a pair of headlights while trying to sleep. Everything other than that was extremely nice.โ
โThis hotel was phenomenal. The staff at the front desk, specifically Natalie, was more than accommodating for our large group. They were able to get us checked in (early) and gave us some great recommendations for local bars/restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and a great location to Uptown and concert venues. Our room was clean with very cold A/C. Bedding and pillows were very comfortable!! We will definitely be back for a future stay. โ
โVery good experience at this location better than most. The staff was very friendly in accommodating, and everything seemed to be fine. The room was superior and clean and large.โ
โBeautiful!! Perfectly clean, excellent hospitality and environment, unique decor and plenty of space. Internet, water, bathroom essentials all provided. The space was wonderfully comfortable. Would be overjoyed to stay here again!! Thanks Tree House :) โ
โI'm glad that I read reviews before booking so I knew (more or less) what to expect. We were traveling for work and really just needed a couple of beds and a bathroom that was reasonably private, comfortable, and affordable for a night. There was a clear glass window from the bathroom to the bedroom space which was a bit awkward traveling with work associates, but there were a couple of "public" bathrooms in the mansion that we were able to use as needed. There is no front desk or staff around...
