“It was clean, quite, and comfortable plus the hot breakfast was awesome”

“Good.”

“Close to mall”

“Staff was great. That’s it”

“Terrrable smell in the rooms, like sewage. I complained and no response. Will not stay there ever again. I deserve compensation. My clothes smelled and I had headaches”

“방에 물이 없으니 물을 사서 들어가면 편합니다”

“Absolutely a wonderful hotel! Every staff member was a pleasure to speak to. Pool was a great temperature.”

“This property was not worth the per night rate charged. While the property was clean, the lobby and breakfast areas were fresh smelling; however, the rooms smelled stale and old. The breakfasts offered were minimum and repetitive. In other Choice Hotels where I have stayed, at least they changed the menu up from day to day. I will definitely not stay there again when I visit Birmingham.”

“It's an ok hotel, but we expected better. It's getting old and isn't in great shape anymore.”

“At nite it was a bit noisy….”

“The room was clean for the most part. Some stuff behind toilet, dusty baseboards, a few small hairs in tub, walls and wall hangings could use a wipe down. Beds comfortable, rooms quiet for the most part, it was nicer than a motel and good for the price. The breakfast staff was really nice! Sausage, eggs, waffles, yogurt, and coffee was good! They also had some pastries and fruit.”
