"Absolutely excellent stay here. The deputy manager was so lovely and welcoming when she greeted me at reception. Shane was also so lovely! Great staff, clean hotel, good location. I couldn't fault it in any way at all. Thank you for a welcoming stay 😀"

"All good. Especially the two young ladies at reception(sorry didn’t get their names). Very pleased with everything. Only slight disappointment was the lack of views from the window. Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please don’t stay at the Hilton. It’s disgusting "
