"Room dirty, toilet seat loose, bathroom doorknob and lock falling off, hot water had to be fixed, hard to shut window curtains, bed mattresses kept sliding off the bed frame when you sat on the mattress, elevator did not work. Needed extra bath towels and was given a bathmat and some kind of colored cloth-----not bath-towels!! GOOD: The clerk Jerry who check us in saw that I was handicapped and gave me a first-floor room since the elevator was broke. Breakfast area was nice and clean and food was good (never located the Biscuits & Gravy), but there was plenty of other items to eat and drink. Staff working in that area kept everything filled and were very helpful when granddaughter tried making waffles. Also the girl who was working desk when we checked out listed our complaints------------I was not the only one complaining, she had over 10 or more people who had complained before me. Whoever owns this location sure does not seem to care about keeping the place in good condition. I will not recommend it or stay there again. 1 to 10 rating 1 "

"The hotel is obviously undergoing renovations that are needed. The driveway leading up is full of holes. Some spaces are clean and new. Others remain drab at best. Our room was OK. The breakfast area left something to be desired while the breakfast itself left just about everything to be desired. Even the coffee tasted weak and non- descript. Front desk staff always needed to be summoned from somewhere else. The experience was disappointing."

"This place was great! Location, staff, rooms, cleanliness! It was fantastic! I travel a lot here for work and this will be my property I stay at moving forward. The bar and pool area is wonderful as well!"

"The staff was very helpful. The building had issues with their key system and during my 4 day stay I never had a room key. They staff would have to let you in your room which meant I didn’t go out much because of the inconvenience. The website advertised an airport shuttle which is why I choose this hotel over the others and when I got to the airport I found out it had been discontinued some time ago. The “Suite Shop” where you would normally get a quick something to throw in the microwave after restaurant hours was not stocked at all. Not a single item was in the cooler. Lucky for me they had mac and cheese. The staff through it all was amazing. Never seemed bothered or burdened by needing to take you to your room or help with your bags."

"Clean, comfortable room. Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Restaurant and rooftop bar both had good food and good service (and a pianist at dinner)."

"We have stayed here before and keep coming back. The parking area is tight as it shares space with other restaurants and businesses, but doable. Not a lot of grassed area but plenty enough for our dog, which is a primary reason we come back. The rooms are always immaculate and the staff is really well trained. "

The staff has ruined my stay by making a mistake in my reservation and ruining my son’s graduation day for me, the room service doesn’t not care about Do not disturb signs and ruined a very important work meeting for me by literally breaking into my room. I will skip mentioning breakfast, amenities and other minor things. Associating itself with Hilton is a misleading claim."
