โStaffs were very kind and accessibility to transportations are very easy. Only thing would be better is having refrigerator in every room and some kind of air conditioner or fans for some hot rooms during the day. I know its mountain side and its cooler still there were some hot rooms that could be uncomfortable for certain peope. But thankfully they changed me into the cooler room which was empty.โ

โA hidden gem tucked away in a sweet little Swiss French village. These waters are incredibly healing and the staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. The location is wonderful, between two mountains and there are saunas, hammans, jacuzzis, massage jets and so much more. I loved my stay at the hotel and it was quiet and serene. โHotel Victoria is a great choice for a stay while visiting Montreux. We had a junior suite and the balcony view was spectacular. The restaurant has 5-star quality food and service. The hotel staff were fantastic. We would definitely stay there again.โ
