"Shower drain drained slowly maid missed a day, didn’t replace face clothes as required and thermostats was never fixed … overall it was good. Front desk staff were always helpful. Would stay here again"

"This is an old style building and the decor is palace like. The staff are friendly and our room was ready early. The bed was comfortable and the room warm. It was so clean. Bathroom was good. The mini bar was not massively overpriced like most hotels I’ve been to. The only downside for us was some odd plumbing noises in our room at night. We had breakfast included and there was a good selection of hot and cold food and the service was excellent. Nothing was allowed to run out for more than a few seconds. The hotel always smelled really fresh too in all areas. I can’t fault this place. It’s so close to everything. Not far to walk to metro and not expensive to get train and bus to airport. "

"This is a great cozy hotel in the Lesser City section of Prague. Five minute walk from public transportation, steps from the Charles Bridge, 15 minute walk from the famous astronomical clock, with a daily buffet breakfast and afternoon snacks. Fantastic location for exploring the city!"

"the location and overall setting were nice, the service was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. After a full day out, we returned to find it exactly as we left it. We had to call the front desk and were only provided with a few clean towels. We were also told that if we had called later, no staff would have been available. This is below basic hotel standards. "

"Our stay was absolutely perfect. A huge thank you to all the amazing staff! Perfectly located up the road from Metro and Trams, multiple landmarks within walking distance including the castle, clock and bridge as well as Old Town where there’s a pub or restaurant on every corner. Great buffet breakfast and really friendly, helpful staff on reception, guest services and in the restaurant. Was my wife’s Birthday so we booked the spa for 3 hours. Everything we booked was all setup and waiting for us exactly how it was advertised, even gave her a present waiting in the room on the day. Hotel itself is a nice size and had a lovely courtyard to sit in, in the surprisingly warm sun for the time of year! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, everything about it was perfect so a huge thank you from us!"

"Beware. All the photos of the rooms appear to be the one large apartment at the top of a lot of stairs. My room did have a nice view of the water but was cramped. I traveled alone and stayed four nights. I was given one pillow and one hand and one bath towel. There was no place to hang the towels to dry. No place to open suitcase except on the sofa. There was a small table and two chairs. I had to keep moving the table around to access kitchenette or window or bathroom. Portable rack for hanging coats and shirts. It either blocked kitchen or bathroom. Mattress was comfortable but after a very unprofessional check-in (I had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the check in form. I got a confusing explanation of my room and the code. A full 24 hours After I checked in I got the proper email with better instructions) Shower floor very slippery. No soap or shampoo. You are over a restaurant which fortunately is not open late but can get noisy. Place is right off the stairs of the Charles Bridge. Great location. But the room just felt hostile. The bedframe is solid wood larger than the mattress by about four inches all round. Easy to bruise your shins. And only one overhead light and one bedside light. Ok for me but this room —with a bed large enough for two— would have been very difficult for two people to navigate. Scuffed parquet floors I can forgive. The stains on the sofa and the sketchy area rug seemed a little less than inviting. "
