"The worst room ever, NO TOWELS, NO TOILET, NO SHOWER. I don’t understand why this property is still allowed to host anyone. This was probably the worst hotel and should not be hosting any guests. No staff after 9 so access to property is via the yard in the back going up a slippery metal staircase in the rain. Instructions to get in were unclear and sketchy. I had to call the mobile phone provided and a lady helped out to get the codes. When I eventually got in, the area stinks and unkept. Then...

"I booked the room for a family member who is in a wheelchair. She was on the first floor, meaning that there were heavy fire doors that it was impossible for her to get through in order to get to breakfast. Because of this, I had to keep coming round to the hotel to help her out. The curtains in the room were hanging off. But the worst day was Sunday the 26th of July when I went round to help her get in for breakfast, and I was refused entry for security reasons. I was then told that my name...

"Hyatt House was exceptionally clean. The bathroom and the room were lovely. The food was very good. The restaurant was great and staff member Anna was very helpful."
