Awful ...avoid ..walked in not a guest house it was like a hostel....used the toilet as desperate came out and left booked somewhere else .. It the worst place i ve ever booked.

You get what you pay for

Hotel was nice and clean and easy to access with information provided. I wouldn't call it classy or luxurious, but you get exactly what you pay for.

Wish we'd gone elsewhere

Noisy - paper thin walls. Loud conversation and music from next room. Despite the listing stating bath and shower there was nothing other than a shared toilet and shared shower. Would never have booked if shared facilities were stated (as they were for other rooms in the property but not for the family rooms). I would never book shared facilities for my family. The building is not clear - the signs outside were for a solicitor and other business but no mention of a guesthouse. No TV. No human interaction- received text message with codes to enter building and room. All worked but no one there if there had been a problem. I would not recommend and would not return. However, beds decent quality, decor nice enough, room was spacious. Fridge, kettle, microwave, washing up facilities in the room. Neighborhood not great but decent location for the city. Cheap and cheerful if you're not taking your family and you have earplugs.

Not a good hotel at all! people knocking on my door all night and I found a empty cup in the bottom draw which can only be described with empty cig ends and empty drug bags from the previous costumers! I have the video , stains on bed and self check in and no help if problems

Zeer goed onderhouden en zeer netjes. Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk en beantwoordden graag onze vragen over vervoer/bereikbaarheid. Aan te raden om op voorhand contact op te nemen wel voor afspraken aankomst/ontvangst. Geen mogelijkheid tot koken, wel microgolf en frigo aanwezig. Badkamer/douche zeer netjes. Minder goed geïsoleerd dus je hoort wel goed het ‘lawaai’ in de andere kamers/gang. Goede verbinding met het centrum, Lidl vlakbij.

Agréablement surprise

Quartier différent de ce que je pensais. Très particulier au premier abord et finalement très agréable. Quartier étéroclite avec magasins asiatiques et méditerranéens. Lidl à moins de 10mn à pied. Le centre de Manchester est à environ 15mn. Pas de parking mais on trouve facilement une place. Quand à la location c'était très bien. 2 vrais grands lits, nécessaire pour manger... La salle de bain et les toilettes sont à l'extérieur mais c'est très propre.

Постійно був нестерпний гамір в будинку, до того ж - посеред ночі, неможливо було нормально виспатись. Коли я поселилася, кімната була не дуже чистою: волосся на стільцях, столи, шкафи - не чисті. Про оплату. В бронюванні було сказано, що оплата відбудеться на місці готівкою. Проте, ні разу не довелось бачитись з власником/менеджером , щоб здійснити оплату, ніяких інструкцій щодо цього не було. На сайті Hotels у чаті власник не відповідає. Довелось залишити готівку на столі, хоча кімната залишалась відкритою, і невідомо чи оплата дійшла б до власника чи хтось інший просто забрав би гроші. З власником можна зв’язатись лише по телефону, немає ні електронної пошти , ні мессенджерів. Тому, в такому випадку, краще вже переплатити 20-40% ціни і жити в нормальному готелі з нормальним сервісом і стійкою реєстрації.

Nicht luxuriös aber angenehm mit guter Anbindung

Für unsere Zwecke hat es völlig ausgereicht. Die Umgebung war heruntergekommen, auch der Ausblick auf eine Hinterhof-Müllhalde war nicht schön, doch ein LIDL und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Ebenso zwei Bushaltestellen, von denen aus man im 10-Minuten-Takt in die Innenstadt fahren konnte (etwa 20 min Fahrt). Das Apartment war nicht verdreckt, aber auch nicht ganz gründlich geputzt, das Gemeinschaftsad war dafür schön und modern. Besonders bequem war die einfache Kommunikation über WhatsApp mit dem Guesthouse und die Türen mit Zahlencode; es waren keine Schlüssel und daher auch kein Check-out erforderlich. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die Nächte, die Tage sollte man lieber in der Stadt verbringen.

Watch out for the step down into the bathroom!

My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights. Found everything Ok, clean and tidy. The table and stools were a bit unstable and you need a health warning before entering the shared bathroom. I very nearly broke my leg switching the light on while walking in. NO warning anywhere that there is a step down. We arrived late I was not looking down when entering as looking for light switch. I only twisted my ankle slightly, but could have been much worse. Apart from these stay was ok.

Vi var utilfredse med delt badeværelse, men glade for køkken og dets indhold. Det er meget upassende med check out kl. 12:00 og vores flyvetid er 18:30. Det er et stort tidsinterval og det er ikke første gang. Vi har haft det samme problem med expedia ved tidligere rejse.

OK as a base

Generally, the place is fine, but the cleanliness is terrible. I've not inspected the bed, but the floor needs a vacuum and mop, and it looks like nothing is moved to clean upon check-out [pic]. I shall strip the room before I leave, so the next occupant should find it clean!

Vue imprenable ou déplorable ?!

Quelle déception d'arriver dans cet endroit que je nommerai ni de "guest house" et encore moi "hôtel" comme stipulé dans l'annonce...mais combles aménagés au détour d'une maison multi-entreprises : Bureaux "solicitor" ou homme de droit, bureaux de comptabilité, bureaux d'organisation de mariage ou que sais-je encore, et enfin local de dépôt de livres...dans un quartier déplorable, sale, jonché de poubelles et de maison en ruine comme voisins ! Quand enfin nous arrivons à joindre et à s'expliquer avec une personne au numéro transmis, vous pourrez vous rendre sur les lieux...effectivement l'annonce précise qu'il n'y a pas de réception. Effectivement ! il faudra alors chercher la bonne sonnette ! Accueil ensuite complétemment bâclée avec une jeune fille qui fait de son mieux mais qui semble improviser sa fonction d'hôtes ! Enfin arrivées dans la chambre...vite après le voyage "pipi room" ! le code de la porte ne fonctionne pas ! après plusieurs tentatives il faut faire appel à cette même personne ! ouf ! enfin des sanitaires, une salle de bain très jolie mais hélas : poubelles pleines, traces de chaussures dans la douche, douche cassée (celle-ci sera fort heureusement "réparée" dans la semaine)...la vue des fenêtres est déplorable sur des cours intérieurs et des maisons limites insalubres, sales...Le point positif de cette petite chambre sous les combles : assez harmonieuse et accueillante...pas reposantes toutefois ! portes qui grincent et claquent des 2 chambres voisines !

Overall the stay was good. The room was exactly as advertised. Clean even the bathroom was very clean and modern. What I didn't like was the location. It was a bit scary, otherwise it was nice.
