"Very nicely located within Levico Terme, with lots of parking space, and a 2 minute walk from the main street with stores and restaurants. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious. Our room had no balcony, but also no neighbors, so this was all good. Room and bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. Biggest compliment we could give: we extended our stay here with another 4 days."

"The room was comfortable and had a great view of the lake. The room lighting was also very good, adjustable to my liking. I didn’t try this but I think you can rent a bike and tour the area at your pace; very convenient and would’ve tried it if I had more time."

"The hotel is Grand in every sense. With beautiful gardens, fountain, indoor and outdoor pools, lovely buffet breakfast room overlooking the gardens, it was quite a lovely hotel. Only issue is the dinners on the half plan, which I would not recommend as they include heavy food with limited choices. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area for dinner.
