I booked this property over others for the fact that it had a hot breakfast, as advertised, and a fitness area, as advertised. Upon arrival I learned that the pool, and fitness area were closed and under construction. By the looks of it, it has been under remodel for a while. This was not expressed in the profile. When we got up the next morning and went down for breakfast, we learned that it is in fact, a continental breakfast. No hot breakfast was to be served. There are even artwork pictures hung above the food area depicting hot breakfast items. Pictures on the profile and wording Said that there was a hot breakfast. The two main items that I booked this hotel for, ended up not being present. During the course of my 5-day stay, our room was overrun by ants. Front desk staff told me that there were no maintenance people on staff presently and they could not do anything about it but move us to a different room... But unfortunately there were no other rooms. Additionally, key cards to the rooms would deactivate every time we left our room. I had our key cards redone six times. Although this was not the worst stay I've experienced at a hotel, it was pretty bad.

I was bummed that the pool was closed, but the hotel is nice. The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. Comfortable bed, large bathroom. Definitely will stay here again!!

VERY CLEAN, Comfortable bed

Although the property/units need some updating, our room was VERY CLEAN, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was excellent with really hot water and strong pressure. We just spent the night while traveling and ate breakfast before we left. We would definitely stay again when traveling through the area.

Good location

Hotel is in a great location. Not a bad one night stay but the bathroom was nasty and gross. The tub has not been cleaned nor had the commode. Some wear on the building could use some updating

It was a decent place to stay. Front desk staff was friendly. The pool was closed which had we known that, we would have stayed somewhere else. Wasn't told until check in. That was disappointing.

For anything that was needed, including check-in, the staff had to be hunted down on the floor. Found the front desk clerk in the laundry when trying to get another towel for the am. Morning breakfast was essentially non-existent. No one was at the front desk again in the am. Hotel was old and needed many improvements

1st room we were given, the tub was horrible. It looked like it had not been cleaned in days. We were moved to another room, it was fair. The lamp shades and curtains had stains and the toilet seat was loose. The pool and gym were not open for use. Breakfast was a joke, there were only a few items offered. There was hardly anyone around if you needed something and you couldn't call from the room, the phones were not working.

Try taking a shower without hot water. After waiting for approximately 1/2 hour for someone to check us out, I then inform them that we were charged for two rooms instead of one. She told me that I booked through Expedia and I’d have to talk to them. instead of arguing with her, I disputed the charges on my credit card. Staying at this hotel my wife and I both agree it was a terrible experience.

My mom left the room five minutes before I did, took the room keys, and turned them in before I left the room. I take responsibility for that. BUT, weird front desk guy was in my room, FULLY INTO THE ROOM TO THE BEDS, without knocking, within one minute of her laying down the keys and he did not want to leave once he realized he and I were alone in the room with a closed door. He came in fast, looking for something— me? A hidden camera? The tip I’d left for the cleaning person? Anything I might have forgotten? I don’t know but it was scary and he’s disturbing.

Worst place to stay! We first got there and the first room we were given was dirty, bed was all a mess and towels all in the floor. Then he gave us another room and walked us to it and then walked in on someone who was supposed to have already been checked out. He then gave us another room that had loose bathroom floor tiles, the air didn’t work properly and there was a dirty washcloth wrapped around the handle of the shower head holding it in place. The cups were dirty and gross, even with plastic on the outside. There were also no washcloths, so when we went to get some, we complained and they said they didn’t know how someone was supposed to be checked out but was still staying there. It’s a shady place, DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
