Fabulous boutique hotel. Great location in the upmarket town of Frankfort. Lots of bars, restaurants and coffee shops in directly area. Lobby area is linked to a great bar restaurant downstairs…. Can park outside on quiet side road between 5pm to 10am overnight but other car parking not far. Upon arrival our original room hadn't been cleaned. I sent a text to their number and received an immediate response. They were very apologetic and assigned us to another room right away! Customer service is top notch! We absolutely loved the room! The bed is so comfy and linens smelled nice and fresh. The building is very secure. I don't think there's much worry about that though because the neighborhood seemed really clean and friendly. This will be my to go place when we visit Kentucky! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

The room was decent, could use a good cleaning. What is seriously lacking is insulation!! The rooms are so incredibly loud. I could hear every footstep and word from above, the band playing below in the bar until late, street noise, etc. Definitely not for anyone who needs sleep. I wouldn't stay again.

Overall a great property. Loved the location and the ambiance. Getting luggage from parking to room was very difficult. Also they left 2 coffee pods for a 2 night stay. Sent a message asking for more and never got a reply…so had to go offsite for coffee. Otherwise a nice stay.

This hotel was very cute and super close to buffalo trace which is where we wanted to start the bourbon trail with only being a 6 minute drive. Clean and super unique inside, made us feel super safe by providing codes for the outside door, elevator doors and for your room. We had a lovely stay and at an affordable price. Would stay again!

Great stay in Frankfort

Nice place for sure. Clean and had all the necessary things for our stay. Slightly confusing getting in when we got there, but we figured it out. Info coming from Hotels.com was pretty good. Texted the virtual check in number that had been texting me and they responded when I had a question which was nice. I would stay here again. Bar downstairs was pretty good and easy.

We had a little trouble getting in to the room but the host was so quick to respond and fix the issue quickly. The room was so cute and comfortable. It’s located upstairs from a restaurant right in the downtown area with plenty of restaurants to walk to. Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again.

I was updated with check in information a day prior, and very detailed which helped finding the parking. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby and sample bourbon! 1.6 miles from Buffalo Trace. The interior was quiet, secure and clean! I could smell the fabric detergent/softner on the sheets. Bathrooms were clean, bed was comfy and large smart tv. Id definitely stay here again!

Really cool place. It's an apartment, not a hotel. Spacious room with a beautiful view of the street. Attached to a bar which was convenient. It's an old building so sometimes you can hear people walking above you, but for the most part very quiet. No street noise. Parking was convenient right across the street.
