"The smell in this property upon entering and in the hallways was so repugnant that we almost left immediately. We were in town for a conference. Our stay was F-Sun, there is no housekeeping on the weekend. The front desk staff was pleasant. The room was tolerable at best; the mattresses springs were coming through and stabbed us in the back. The coffee was gross. The little things and the big things need great improvement."

"I was at a convention at the hotel. The Con started at 9 am , I checked in around 3:30, 4 o clock. Room was nice, bed was firm. Everything was clean. My only complaint was the next morning buying breakfast at the hotel. I was just doing grab and go with something premade in the cold box. The line to pay for it was long and slow. There should have been a separate line for ordering"

"Great place to stay, comfortable, nice. However $6 for bottled water and drinks Ridiculous. Not cool to take advantage of the average consumer in times like these. Price gouging should never be a strategy to make up funds for your bottom line. "
