Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.
Our suite is clean, spacious, with good kitchen facilities.
A supermarket is right across street.
The only concern is the bathtub that is too high and narrow for aged people.

โSehr schรถnes neues Hotel. Zimmer top. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand war auch super schรถn. Mietwagen ist notwendig, wenn man auch ein bisschen was von der Insel sehen mรถchte. โ
โDejligt hotel som ligger i fรธrste rรฆkke til vandet. Man skal krydse en vej og sรฅ er stranden der. Der er masser af liggestole pรฅ stranden - og de er "gratis" at benytte hvis du kรธber noget fra restauranten/baren.
Hotellet har en meget lille pool og meget fรฅ ligge stole.
Hotellet ligger ca 1 km fra den gamle by sรฅ en hyggelig gรฅrur og du er i centrum.
Rethymno er en dejlig by at opleve og spise i.
Hotellet er mindre men de yder absolut top service.โ

Enjoyed the experience immensely, even though they had been open for only a few months โฆ they delivered an exceptional experience. We had the junior suite with a swimming pool, spacious and elegant. You almost donโt want to leave your room. Manos, the operations manager was warm, caring and welcoming. โWe stayed at this location a couple of times and were very pleased with the location and amenities. It is very close to the harbor but is still very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here. โ

โAll in all excellent, ticked absoloutely all boxes for our requirements. Needed a "Staging Post" as early check out from holiday accomodation and very late flight time. On arrival reception staff very pleasant and helpful, in fact our room was ready for us earlier than normal time.
