Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. “Wonderful staff and great restaurant. Our rooms were on the top floor with a lake view and was traditional in style but very clean and in good condition. Restaurant prioritised hotel guests and gave a discount. Hotel is right next to the ferry terminal so is very convenient. We enjoyed watching the ferries come and go. Nice private swimming pool with sun loungers just a short walk up the hill with great views over the lake. Recommend the restaurant by the small harbour around the corner called...
