โFirst impressions of hotel lasted throughout. Lady on reception was very helpful in regards to organising car park and directions on arrival. She was also happy to store our luggage due to our arrival being 4 hours before check in time.
Upon check in time gentleman on reception was not very welcoming or informative in regards to where our room was and access, did not explain where breakfast would be or anything in regards to an evening meal. He seemed totally uninterested.

I would say that the staff are amongst the most pleasant and willing to assist that Iโve come across in my travelsโ
โWe stayed as we are renovating after a house move and the plasterer had taken over the house. It was a welcome break from the daily work of clearing up after tradesmen! The staff were lovely and the food good. We may be back - depending on how things progress at home!โ
