Due to heavy smole smell i couldn't accept the riom, and there was no other room available to offer me according to the staff. Didn't stay there, but they refused to refund. They were kind enough to allow me to sit there to book another hotel and leave the premise.

It was absolutely terrible. I walked into the room and walked out. Dirty, burn holes in the bedding, pictures were stolen off the walls. Ended up asking for refund and was denied.

I don't know where the pictures that are posted came from, but it is NOT of this place. People doing drugs right outside our room. DIRTY everything. Smelled awful! A/C was the loudest thing I have ever heard. Breakfast was a packaged doughnut and some bananas. Never in my life would I stay there again!!!!!

Noisy corner. Random price gouging. Two dryers: one out of order, the other gives you damp clothes after an hour on normal setting. Terrible wi-fi. Good: new bed quilt, stairs repair and attention to greenery.

Comfortable stay
Had a great comfortable 2 nights. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Check in was quick and enjoyed visiting with desk. I go to horse shows 6 or 8 times a season in Lincoln and always stay at this motel.

The staff for this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was quite comfortable with a nice television. However, the room could use some maintenance as some of the fixtures are quite dated, and the room needed a deep cleaning in the little nooks and crannies. All in all, though, it was a good experience.
