Excellent Value Hotel

Nice clean no frills hotel. The AC kept the room cool during a severe heat wave, and the staff were polite and helpful. I would recommend staying here.

Nice place to stay.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Located close to other businesses a traveler may need, i.e.Walmart and several restaurants. Would recommend to others. Also pet friendly. Although I thought the cost of $75 per night for a pet was high.

Enjoyed our two night stay. Room was very nice, bathroom was very good, plenty of dresser drawers for putting clothes and things (though closet was small and had only six hangers), room temp was easy to control, office desk and chair were good as well as the internet access.The breakfast was very good; the only thing lacking surprisingly was there was no bread for toast even though there was a toaster, but there were bagels and muffins available. Location is very convenient to both Superior and 27th Streets to go in any direction. Hotel is however hidden from view from either street and in a somewhat industrial area so there is no walk-able area around it. Hotel strives to be eco-friendly since it has recycle waste bins as an example.

The outlet in the bathroom kept popping on the breaker. Couldn’t plug in the hairdryer to the wall outlet because the dryer plug kept falling out. Thankfully, we had a power strip and were able to use that in the bathroom, but that outlet needs to be replaced. It shouldn’t have kept popping off. Tried to use the heat one night and the smell was awful-had to turn it off immediately! Garbage cans are too small. Ran out of body wash, TP and tissue within 2 of our 5 days stay. Hot tube under repair was disappointing. Staff was very friendly and receptive to our needs. Breakfast choices were varied and yogurt brands were good, but Dannon Light & Fit would be a better low fat choice for us high protein diners. I appreciated milk substitute and oatmeal choices.

People were very pleasant. From check in to check out. The rooms were comfortable...but the bathrooms were a bit dated. Not very good ventilation. Very convenient to the school with so many places to eat near/around the location of the hotel.
