“Good room”

“Hotel located in the heart of old Lincoln. Short walk to Lincoln Cathedral. Food was good and the staff were friendly.”

“Room was very clean and warm, lovely comfy bed and the lady I met on arrival and leaving was very helpful , even gave me some extra biscuits as I left because the weather was very cold and unpleasant ”

“Was greeted by the lady owner on arrival , who explained everything well . The room was clean and tidy with lots of toiletries , nice touch. Breakfast was a self service with lots to choose from , we were expecting a continental breakfast , but there were sausages, beans , boiled eggs and tinned tomatoes. The sausages let a fine breakfast down , but i am biased because i am a butcher with my own shop. So using catering sausages is a no no in my book .”

“The property looks rather dated and could do with being gutted and starting again. Looks like its stuck in the 70s. The room i had was on the top floor. It had woodchip wallpaper on the ceiling which was peeling off. The bathroom. If u could call it a bathroom. (More like a cupboard.
