Paid a little more than I felt was fair for what I was getting. You can get other shared bathroom / kitchen experiences for much less and same, if not more, amenities. But, the location is premier and everything was clean.

Great stay!

Julia was the highlight of the stay: she gave us a warm welcome and great tips for where to eat. We stayed in the Gold room (private bathroom) and it was mostly great. The only caveat was the mattress, which was clearly old and gave no back support whatsoever, which can be a big thing if you suffer back pain like me.

I want to emphasize that this property is not a hotel. It's actually an apartment and when you rent a room, you'll be sharing the kitchen and possibly the bathroom with other residents. Although the apartment was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, I was surprised to learn that it wasn't a hotel and that I'd have to share a bathroom. This was quite a letdown for me.

My "suite" was quite large, very modern, well equipped, comfortable and very clean. The shared kitchen was stocked will all the utensils you could possibly need, including free tea/coffee/snacks. The communication with the manager was great; she was so helpful. I was able to leave my bag at the apartment before the room was available, which was useful. The only downside is the noisy corridor and banging doors at night. Otherwise, it is great and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

La atención fue inmejorable, si necesitábamos cualquier cosa Julia nos respondía en seguida, llegar fue super fácil. El apartamento estaba siempre limpio. La habitación que nos tocó era enorme. La localización perfecta también. Para repetir seguro!

Très bon séjour, bien acceuillis par l'hôte, très bien placé à proximité immédiate du centre, petite terrasse bien sympathique au calme, seul bémol : le partage des commodités, la cuisine n'est pas un problème, mais la salle de bains un peu plus, d'autant que les wc sont dedans, même si la sdb est grande ... agréable douche néanmoins.
