“Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

“A beautiful remote property, situated in the countryside. 10 minutes walk to a lovely, award winning pub with stunning food and friendly staff. 15-20 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket. The owners of this property, who live next door, were very welcoming and friendly. They've thought of everything, including a welcome pack of milk, bread and butter. There were a few other thoughtful treats but i wont spoil the surprise. Cleanliness of the cottage is definitely a 10/10. Cant fault...

“I am utterly disgusted that this place is even still open, arrived at 7:50pm and told we had to find food elsewhere as kitchen shuts at 8pm, then was told they were not aware we had a room booked and she would have to call owner to confirm! Said she would call us back while we found something to eat as his phone went to voicemail!!!!! We then get a call to say yes they have made a room up! I then asked if they were aware we had a full English breakfast the next morning… again no they didn’t!!...

“From the check In on day one to the check out in the last day .. had a fantastic time .. friendly staff from the breakfast staff the the bar staff at night .. the hotel and bar and restaurant was perfectly clean .. the room was clean and tidy .. the breakfast every morning was amazing.. loved the breakfast every morning.. best breakfast I've had in a long time ..had an amazing stay .. I would recommend to anyone ”
