Great hotel, great staff but wow the roof top bar next to the hotel, very loud music till 4am in the morning not good when you have a full day ahead.

We wanted a clean room to sleep. It was quite clean. Out expectations were met. Staff was very nice and helpful. Shared bathroom was not a problem.

Lovely large clean room with a small kitchenette Great neighborhood with so many restaurant options within walking distance. The subway is 3 blocks away. The staff was very friendly.

The location is fantastic—right between Little Italy and Chinatown—so there’s lots of amazing food around, and it’s less than a 10-minute walk to the subway. The area felt safe and mostly quiet. We did have a street-facing room at first, which had a bit of night-time noise, but when we switched to a courtyard-facing room, it was wonderfully peaceful. The room itself was actually a bit bigger than we expected—not overly spacious, but definitely a decent size and comfortable for our stay. The bed was quite comfortable as well, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were very friendly and made our stay really enjoyable. The only minor complaint is that each booking came with just two complimentary bottles of water. If you need more on the following nights, there’s an extra charge, which felt a bit surprising given the room price. But overall, that’s a small detail in an otherwise great stay. We’d definitely come back!

Room was clean, however hotel seems understaffed. Long wait for coffee service in the morning. Restaurant was fine, but forgettable.
