โDuring my stay, the overall environment was quiet and peaceful, which I appreciated. This was actually my second time staying at this location, and coincidentally, I was placed in the same room on both visits. I did notice a consistent, subtle odor in the roomโit had the scent of an older space with limited air circulation, carrying a slightly damp or musty smell, with a faint hint of cigarette smoke. While not overpowering, it was noticeable.
That said, the room itself was clean and well-kept....
โWe always stay at Home 2 when visiting Mechanicsburg,PA. The rooms are so spacious and clean. The hotel is in a great location . It's right off the main road with lots of stores and restaurants . โ
โOlder style in hotel room but immaculately clean so we didnt mind. Best part of the room was strong water pressure in the shower and great breakfast!โ
โStayed for Carlisle car show. An easy ride from
here to the fairgrounds. Clean hotel, good pricing, even a little pool on site. Younger guy working the front desk was helpful and friendly. โ
