And staff are very helpful and friendly Special mention for Mo on Reception very pleasant and polite to make sure you're stay is enjoyable. it's two minutes walk and you are in cavern club as Hotel is right on the corner of Mathew Street .have stayed in this hotel a few times and will be going back again later in the year Charlie and Moira from Ayr Scotland. "Yes front desk was very polite and knowledgeable Cleaning staff missed one day of cleaning but a quick message to front desk and we got towels and toilet paper. Alittle far from city Center but a 15 minute walk was okay. "

"Everything was nice from the friendly check in to the check out. Had to look for the coffee in the room as it was behind a door next to the wardrobe but unlike other places They don’t skimp on milk etc. overall a nice stay."
