Hotel was in a very good area on the seafront on Southern outskirts of Livorno. The hotel was very clean and staff brilliant. There were small selection bars and restaurants close by and centre of town about mile and a half walk along lovely seafront. Breakfast was very good.

The bed wasn’t as comfortable and the double bed pushed together was not comfortable because you feel the big gap between the mattress and the room was warm and you couldn’t adjust the temperature to desired temperature of comfort

Hotel carino ma con alcune cose da migliorare. Non mi è piaciuto il letto. Una tenda per coprire le scale di servizio sarebbe una bella cosa visto che la location ha un certo stile.

Staff were friendly enough. The room for us was right by reception, so it go noisey with people coming through the door. We each had one pillow and it was the thinnest pillow I have ever been given to use, so needless to say I didn’t have a great sleepy night.

Charming small hotel in Lavorno

Our room in the main building was excellent. The staff was efficient and very helpful in locating city attractions, getting train schedules, arranging for a taxi, etc. Breakfast was especially nice. For our last night we unexpectedly needed to stay an extra day, and asked if that would be possible on the spur of the moment. The manager graciously said yes, but we had to move to an annex section ("Navy piccolo"), accommodations were not as nice as the room in the main part, although it was hardly their fault we ended up there. All in all, a very good experience.

Gutes Hotel an der Promenade

Super Hotel in Hafen Nähe, um frühmorgens die Fähre zu bekommen. Zimmer ist mit AC ausgestattet. Ansonsten wirkte der Raum und das Bad ein wenig abgewohnt. Das WC stand nach dem Duschen leider komplett unter Wasser weil der Abfluss verstopft war. Frühstück gab es am Vorabend auf das Zimmer, da wir früh abreisen mussten. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Personale cordiale e accogliente, molto paziente alle intemperanze di nostro figlio. La camera assegnata era molto confortevole, ampio e comodo letto, stanza spaziosa. Unica pecca il bagno che andrebbe un po' ristrutturato anche data l'assenza del bidè. La colazione ci è stata servita un giardino in un gazebo coperto, bella location, forse dovrebbe essere un po' più variegata. Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Very knowledgeable, friendly, expert hotel staff, Chiara checked us in with the utmost professionalism, great explanation of the surrounding area, buses, etc...She made our stay enjoyable. ho soggiornato per lavoro in questo hotel. In generale sono rimasto soddisfatto del trattamento ricevuto, a cominciare dal personale. Le camere sono spaziose e silenziose. La location è strategica per spostamenti sia in città che per i collegamenti con le principali arterie. Tornerò sicuramente.
