“Serious problem on phone when trying to enter the building due to the lady on line unable to explane that the room key and front door keys were in the lock box.
I discussed this with the manager the following day and he accepted that the lady did have problems in explaining things.
Note that anyone arriving without an operating telephone would not be able to get the code for the lock box!!!

“A warm welcome from the host, we had plenty of room to park ( always a good thing) the bedroom was nice and spacious with a small but functional bathroom.
Breakfast was excellent the first time in 2 weeks in scotland where the poached eggs where cooked to perfection. (I love a good breakfast)”
