"Bed skirts had holes in them, drain was so slow in shower, carpets were very dirty in the room and there was multiple hairs all over the bathroom."

"The only good thing about this hotel was Romona (the breakfast lady) who was absolutely spectacular, but the rest of the hotel was so bad. I booked a king room a month ago, and I even called the day before to make sure they don't give my room away, but when I arrived they said they gave away all the king rooms. They said they had to put me in a double. I asked if they could reimburse me and they said "there was nothing they could do". I asked why they gave my room away and they said the computer system lets people book more king rooms than they actually have (which makes no sense). They were not apologetic or understanding at all. I'm not sure if they were lying or incompetent but this was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I'll never go back. They are also renovating which means everything is smelly and in disarray. The water was turned off, and I only found out the morning of when they put a notice in the elevator. I wish they would have notified me the day before since I would have showered at night. So if you have no sense of smell, or sight, and you don't mind water being off, and you are OK with a rude and incompetent check in desk then this is the hotel for you."
