โThe Hospitality of this Hotel is next level. The staff was friendly and helpful beyond measure. They provided full service to our rooms, thought of everything we needed before we even had to ask. If there was anything we ever needed they had plenty of recommendations for us. Would definitely recommend staying here, very close very close to the Duomo. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous as well, staying in place of history. โ
โIt was so wonderful trip in la gemma in Firenze ( Florence ), Staff was professional and the whole service and journey was excellent. I enjoyed the welcome drink and loved the design of the room.
Also, there was a bar and drinks were super good. Breakfast was nice, coffee was also nice.โ

โIt is situated in the center of city just next to Duomo,I could walk to anywhere. The staffs were extremely kind and offered us a bottle of welcome champagne.
