“Great place to stay for a family. We liked the 2-bedroom suite very much. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the kitchen was very convenient. Bathroom is a little tight, but adequate and split between a shower/toilet room and a sink room. Area is great for walking--I walked 3 or 4 miles every morning. Nearby Target is convenient for getting groceries, etc. Nearby mall is also easy to get to. Highly recommend this hotel!”
“For the amount paid, I expected semi conditions. I was quite surprised at how clean and organized the rooms were, I stayed one night but I had adequate rest, due to the quiet environment. The receptionist I met was super amazing, friendly and receptive. His name was Justin! Cool guy!
The only reason I did not give a 5 star was because my skin reacted to the bedding material, which although was quite clean, I couldn’t really use the beddings and pillows. But hey, I was able to drive a short...
“i checked in at 11pm and try to shower at midnight and there was wet towel which previous guest used. I didnt want to touch it so call them to take it away I called three times and didnt show up until 2AM.
Also, the carpet is too old and it is sticky when my feet press the carpet... nasty... ”
"The room was more spacious than expected, and it had a refrigerator, which was very convenient. The hotel is located close to major tourist attractions and the McCormick Place convention center, making it an ideal base for both sightseeing and attending events. There are grocery stores nearby, and public transportation such as the subway and buses are easily accessible. It took less than 30 minutes to get to the airport by Uber. The staff were also very friendly and helpful."
