The location was amazing and having a dedicated washer was great. Check in was great and staff were responsive but the room needs a bit of an update. The shower is barely functional and the kitchen needs doing as well. A mirror in tge second bathroom would also be appreciated.

This property was amazing. Friendly staff that was able to accommodate our early check in and late check out Very convenient to the subway and buses The ac worked great for our 4th floor apartment. It was a walk up but they helped with the luggage so it was fine. Many nearby restaurants including one attached to the hotel that was nice and convenient.

Fantastic flat for our family! Location is perfect for both Heathrow and anywhere in the city of London. Picked up the key from Hotel Indigo where all the staff are brilliant. They sorted out anything we needed. Brwakfast at Bella Italia two doors down is a must. We Will most definitely be back!

I stayed at 12 London Street Apartments last week and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and any queries effortless. The one issue we had is that the listing showed "2 separate bathrooms" and the unit most definitely only had one. Unfortunately, this was one of the main reasons we booked this listing, so it had a decent impact on our stay. Overall, the unit was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location is fantastic! Be advised that there is no lift and four flights of stairs is a lot! Not a deal breaker for us... just something to note. The AC was phenomenal, which was super crucial in the heatwave!

We stayed in flat 4 which was at the very top. My concerns (which haven't been taken seriously be Expedia) are as follows: The property information stated we should have 2 bathrooms - we only had 1 (therefore the accommodation wasn't as stated) The cooker was unusable as the temperature numbers were rubbed off the dial and the mode selection dial also wasn't that clear. The sticker on the door stated the last PAT test was 2018 and the next due in 2019 - iI doubt it would pass an electrical safety or PAT test in this condition The fridge/freezer door opened the wrong way, which made it impossible to get into if someone was sitting at the table Although the apartment was booked for 3, it was not set up to accommodate 3 - no teaspoons, no tea towel for drying dishes, only 2 forks and 2 drinking glasses, missed matched wine glasses and no bottle opener or corkscrew The stairs, or Mount Everest as the reception staff called it, were not a problem for us, but we weren't notified of them and for many others this could have been a problem. Worryingly the only exit was down the stairs, so in case of a fire this is a serious health and safety issue

Great location and very convenient. We booked very last minute and our choice was some what pot luck but we were pleased with our choice - very quiet and spacious apartment. A bonus is that there are four proper beds rather than a sofa bed in the living area. Check in was smooth and the staff helpful. We will definitely consider staying again.

Mixed bag, this place. We stayed for 2 weeks. Pros: we felt safe, great/convenient location, comfortable beds, kitchen, clothes washer in room, AC CONS: nowhere to hang towels, AC dripped water on floor, not clear how to get room cleaned, somewhat worn down (broken window blind, missing cabinet handles, loose cabinet door), smoke detectors removed

This apartment is so worn out and ridiculously hard to find. The hotel several doors down is the check in spot, but you’ll have to struggle to find that information. The listing photos are very old and not an accurate representation of the flat- there’s so much wear and tear, it’s a bit shabby. There are doors to the front and back that would be pleasant if they opened and there was trash and dirt everywhere outside. Breakfast isn’t even included despite the high price of the flat.

Great Location & Great AC!

Apartment was great for me and my 2 kids (19 & 15). Pros: -Location to Paddinton station (across the street) -Good Kitchen (small fridge, stove, microwave, sink) -Dining Table w/4 chairs -Washing machine (laundry) -3 beds (1 Double, 1 twin, 1 trundle) -small couch, 2 tv's -Grocery stores nearby & Kensington Park is walkable distance -GREAT Air Conditioning!! -Very nice staff!! (especially Shah at the front desk) Cons: -Kitchen did not have cooking pans, soup bowls, limited eating utensils, no cooking utensils (I ended up purchasing at Argos nearby) - Flat #4 is only accessible by stairs Overall, our stay was great. I would recommend it to families. It was really nice for getting around since it was across from Paddinton Station. There are several restaurants (Italian, Lebanese, British, Steakhouse, Mcdonald's, coffee shops).
