The location is just fantastic - easy to get to from the tube and a great place to base yourself to explore London The check in process is different as you get emailed a code, however the communication is great. There was no staff who could assist us. A lot of people were wondering what to do especially during the check-in time. For me, the luggage room was full and wanted to ask if I can drop it ant the basement, but no one was around.
