For the price of this property I can have no complaints at all, the price for a Wednesday night in London was such good value. It wasn’t too noisy, it did everything I expected, it was a good budget hotel. Wouldn’t have any issues going back here

The location of this place is AWESOME. You’re tucked away on a side street of a busy, exciting neighborhood, which is perfect if that’s what you’re looking for and not afraid of what it comes with. Can be a bit noisy on weekends, nothing too bad

Room was a reasonable size. Kitchenette small but functional. Good shower. Aircon. Excellent quality towels & bedding plus that rarity: sufficient & decent pillows. Bit of noise from street at night but not too bad. There is a flight of stairs from main door up to reception. Plus a cute cat. There was an issue with the plumbing in the room - functional but noisy.

The accommodation is in a great location for Shoreditch and close to tube stops. The place itself is not very good quality in terms of decor, feeling very dated and lacking amenities such as a sitting area, which for an apartment is a strange miss. You definitely get what you pay for, and if you value location over luxury for a great price then this is for you. For check-in make sure you have ID. This isn’t stated clearly in the booking information but we were told at when we went to check-in no ID no check-in. There is also a cat that seems to live in the building, in case you have allergies. Overall great location and well priced, I wouldn’t return.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was nice and had a kitchenette which turned out to be very helpful for not spending the whole budget on eating out every meal, and it was tucked away in an otherwise very active and cool neighborhood with a lot of nice restaurants, and walking distance to public transportation to everywhere we wanted to go

The room was adequate and check in was easy. Just had a but if disturbance because if other people banging doors and since my room was right next to the street, I couldn’t sleep very well. The room was clean and property at a nice location.

Fantastic facilities, everything you needed including a washer dryer. Very helpful and friendly staff, great location as we where visiting a venue at Hoxton square , plenty of shops bars coffee shops nearby, one tiny negative, our bathroom was very small, a couple of hooks for towels would be useful, overall we would highly recommend

Room was immaculate, beds were comfortable and air conditioning was a god send. In a lively and vibrant area. Great for shops and plenty of food options nearby. The property had mixed reviews but really could not fault it, especially when staying over in the hottest weekend ever. The property was even able to accommodate two extra guests ( our friends) when their hotel cancelled at the last minute. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
