トイレからは下水の匂いがして、こばえが沢山いました。 ポットも水垢が目立ち全体的に清潔感がないと感じました。

Great location and exceptionally clean room. Perfect for my stay. The only downside was the last night patrons across from the room and the floor below slamming doors, running up and down the stairs, playing loud music and making so much noise into 4 AM, treating the establishment like a fraternity dorm. The downside of such a hotel is that it’s impossible to address rowdy patrons as it happens. This situation notwithstanding the rooms were perfect for my stay.

Really enjoyed my stay at Bob W London Olympia! Clean and compact room that’s just enough for two people. Despite being central, I found that it was quiet and relaxing at night, offering a real home-away-from-home feel. Walking distance to a bus stop and tube station which is a plus! Only note for anyone staying here is that if you’re using Vodafone, be aware that the mobile signal around the hotel can be quite weak, which might make the online check-in a bit tricky. However, once you're close to the entrance, you can easily connect to the hotel’s Wi-Fi using the password provided in your check-in instructions so that makes it easy to check-in!

elevator was broken the entire time, came into a clogged sink in the bathroom that took the team a day to fix, and little black bugs that I reported to the team but they didn't seem too concerned about. Even found some of the bugs in my skincare when I came home. Very loud interior, little to no sound proofing, could hear the neighbors child yelling "LE TOILET" all night. I feel very ripped off by the price I paid.

Siirrettiin toiseen hotelliin, kun kaikki oli jo varattu ja maksettu. Syytä ei kerrottu. Hotellissa ei respaa joten sisäänpääsy toimi puhelimella. Tämä ei ollut varatessa selkeää. Ovien avaus toimi välillä huonosti ja melkein joka päivä oli rakennuksen ovi lukitsematta, eli kuka vain pääsi valvomattomaan rakennukseen sisään. Käytävien kokolattiamatot on erittäin likaiset. Huoneessa ei ollut tuolia ja sen huomasi parjan kunnossa, että kaikki käyttivät sänkyä istuskeluun. Patjassa oli kunnon kolo ja se oli kallellaan, ei siis mukava nukkua. Jos huoneessa halusi tiskata astioita täytyi se tehdä vessassa ja vessan tiskiallas oli pienempi kuin ruokalautaset.. Hotelli on vilkkaan tien varrella, joten tarvitsee korvatulpat nukkumiseen.

He was a perfect home away from home with the basics you need to warm up food cigarette to eat plates, cups, coffee, maker, tea maker, and just clean and comfortable room

A short stay is okay.

The place was very clean and that was great. The bed was comfortable, wonderful. Communication was good. Now, If you are from the USA then the place is too small. No table to rest your food or anything else. No chair to sit other that on the bed. It is good for overnight or the weekend stay, not for a 10 days vacation.

It was really nice and included a lot such as a mini fridge, utensils, water, coffee and tea. I’d say the only issue I found was the dryer didn’t really dry and there was light construction but other than that great stay

Problems

This place is appalling. Access to rooms is ONLY granted via online check in. When it doesn't work there is no alternative to access your room, no on site staff, no plan b if IT is faulty. I wasted several hours (emails, un answered phone calls) trying to check in. Eventually, some let me into my room remotely via a phone call. Had no confidence I would be able to get back in since it took about 10 calls before I actually spoke to someone. Therefore had to leave the room and find another hotel. Wasted hours, whole trip ruined. Avoid.

It’s an adorable space but if you have a few suitcases, don’t bother. Who’s idea was it to have NO lifts?! It was a battle to yank my luggage down the stairs to my room and then up again the next morning. Really not good enough, knowing travellers are almost guaranteed to be carrying something. My room was deep in the basement and the narrow corridors and extra doors made it gruelling to get to. Don’t stay here long term in summer months — it’s a sauna in the LG studios, although my room had a door that opened up to this communal garden which others had access to which somehow didn’t feel safe (even with the heat, the door looked like it could be opened from the outside and I was terrified of rodents). You get a teeny kitchenette and very small fridge. Thankfully, a tower fan was provided which was the only silver lining.

O apartamento é muito bonito, limpo e bem decorado, com móveis novos e tudo muito cheiroso. A iluminação natural é ótima, e o ambiente é bastante agradável visualmente. Também conta com itens que facilitam bastante a estadia, como frigobar, chaleira elétrica e micro-ondas. No entanto, achei o espaço pequeno demais para estadias mais longas — acomoda bem por até 5 dias, mas é difícil organizar os pertences pessoais por conta da falta de espaço. Outro ponto negativo é o calor: o prédio todo pareceu mal preparado para o verão. A janela abria apenas cerca de 5cm, o que dificultava a ventilação. Pedi um ventilador e fui muito bem atendido pela equipe, que foi rápida e prestativa, mas infelizmente o ventilador só circulava o ar quente, sem resolver o problema. No geral, é uma boa opção para estadias curtas, especialmente em épocas mais amenas.

Not as expected

I have stayed in a different Bob W accommodation so I was expecting a similar level when booking this place. Unfortunately, things went wrong from the beginning. When I arrived, my profile was not updated so I could not enter my room. After 15 minutes of getting drenched in sweat from dragging my bag up and down the staircase and having to correct the support person in the WhatsApp who could not locate my booking, the issue got resolved. The room is very small and stuffy. There is no aircon and the window only opens a bit. The cleanliness was not great - there was a long black hair on my towel, dried coffee grounds inside the cafetiere and the floor had clubs of dust. The kitchenette amenities are lacking - there is nowhere to clean the dishes other than the small sink in the bathroom and even if you wanted, there was no sponge or washing liquid provided. There is also nowhere to sit when eating other than on the bed or on the toilet. The walls are very thin and provide little to no soundproofing - I could hear the noisy neighbours and there was a lot of traffic (and I am not a light sleeper). The last day I got woken up at a silly hour by the noise. When I messaged about it, I was offered a complimentary late check out (I was there for work) and then complimentary breakfast (again, I was there for work and not going to hang around). I was also accused of not raising an issue earlier (noise is not a new complaint from guests and earplugs are not a decent solution).
