We’ve stayed at Bob W a few times now and have always loved our stay. The staff are very responsive to requests. The location is convenient for traveling all over the city and the room amenities, especially the washing machine, are great for a family.

Fantastic Location

Fantastic location. A few mins walk to Tower Hill and Tower Gateway stations. We where 4 adults and plenty of room. Would stay again.

This property is in a great location, close to London Tower. It's a clean and comfortable place and was a great place to stay of you want to see old London and the many churches dating back a millennia or so. Would recommend this property to others. Liked the free gym and yoga offers.

Great family stay

The property was excellent throughout from hallways to apartment. Very homely with all the appliances and comforts your home would have. It was 30oC in London this weekend but the fans, air on units kept the apt cool enough for the 4 of us to sleep comfortably.

We did enjoy the stay and did barely miss anything we expected from the Apartment. The location was perfect for us. You can find anything within minutes. Not just the Tower 🌉 and Sky Garden 🏙. There are a lot of Pup's , foodstores and shops all around. We would stay again at Bow W. Tower of London Apartment.

Nice area and the place was very clean, excellent communication with the staff. Just one thing, be aware there is not lift, you have to carry on your luggage to the upper levels by yourself. Other than that, I recommend to stay in Bob W!

The property was spotless when we arrived. We communicated with a few questions abd got quixk responses. It was a good find in downtown London and had some great restaurants close by. Short walk to the Tube as well.

Loved the location. Loved the extras provided ( coffee, tea, charging cables etc). Lots of room to relax and prepare meals if you want. It would be nice if the unit had air conditioning and some hanging shelves in the closet. I recommend this flat.

Overall this was a good property. Much more spacious than typical budget hotel room and loved having a kitchen and laundry machine. Only two things that were cons, no elevator and no air conditioning. We just happen to be there during high 70s/80s so it was very warm. Luckily there were several fans in the unit and we turned them all on to help cool the place down. The other item is no elevator, which I thought wasn’t going to be that big of a deal cause we got a unit on the second floor but these are high ceiling units so it was 4/5 flights with heavy luggage.

Great location. Staff was very responsive- bathroom was not very clean and washer/dryer wasn’t functioning well. Neither was towel warmer- suggest a detailed instruction to be provided. Overall we had good time and appreciated the convenience of the location.

Regarding Bob W, I was really amazing during our stay for 9 days. Even though some issue happened, Bob W can arrange their team to solve it immediately. No matter room cleanness or communication, it’s awesome. I would like to recommend this hotel as your best choice when you are in London.
