So comfortable!
It's so comfortable to travel with my family. The night view of the Thames is fantastic. Breakfast is good for children because you can cook and eat in a hotel.

위치, 청결도, 친절함 100% 만족
조리기구들이 모두 깨끗해서 사용하기 좋았어요. 주변에 관광지가 있어서 위치도 좋았고 지하철역이 가까이 있어서 이동하기도 좋았습니다. 다음에 와도 100% 다시 묵을 예정이에요. 호텔이 전체적으로 깔끔해서 가장 만족스러웠습니다.

투베드룸 리버뷰만 좋은 숙소
멋진뷰때문에 예약을 했지만 달랐던 결과. 예약당시에는 원베드룸 리버뷰에 대한 언급이 없더니 체크인후 호텔즈닷컴에 리버뷰가 올라오는 것을 보았읍니다. 심지어 여섯달전에 결재한 어반뷰 가격보다 저렴하고..어반뷰와 리버뷰는 겨우 오만원 차이가 났읍니다. 진작 알았으면 리버뷰로 예약을 했겠죠.. 운이려니하고 넘기려했는데 마침 호텔측에서 50~100파운드에 투베드룸 리버뷰로 업그레이드를 해준다는 메일을 보고 데스크로 내려갔더니 투베드도 아니 원베드룸 리버뷰 업그레이드가 140파운드라더군요.빈 룸도 많았는데 전혀 유연성이 없었읍니다. 처음부터 리버뷰 언급이 없었고 저렴해진 가격의 호텔즈닷컴과 손님 기분 생각 안하는 호텔측 태도에 마음이 많이 상해 즐겁지 않은 여행이었읍니다. 보니 투베드룸 리버뷰만 가치가 있고 나머지 룸들에 갈바에야 다른 곳에 가는 것이 현명하겠다는 생각이 듭니다.

런던 쇼디치에서 숙박하다가 마지막 하루를 호텔스닷컴 검색을 통해 마음에 들어서 숙박하기로 결정하고 예약을 했습니다. 짐이 많아서 택시를 탔는데 택시기사들이 이 호텔을 모르더군요...저는 근처에 내려줘서 비가 많이 내리는데 트렁크 두개를 끌고 30분간 헤매서 겨우 찾았습니다. 우선 이 숙박업체의 정확한 이름은 Three Quays Residence 입니다. Cheval은 아주 작게 표기되어 있었어요. 오픈한지 겨우 한,두달 남짓 된 곳이라 새로 생긴 호텔,레스토랑들이 의례 저지르는 실수가 많았습니다. 설비문제도 그렇고.....정전이 되서 방을 바꾸기까지 했었습니다. 그래도 직원분들은 아주 친절했습니다. 불편한 점을 얘기하면 바로 저희 잘못입니다...라고 말씀하시며 처리해주시더라구요. 시설, 위치는 모두 불편했지만 직원분들의 친절함에 기회가 된다면 다시 이용해보고 싶은 곳이기는 합니다 호텔스닷컴에서 이 숙박업체의 정보를 수정해주셨으면 좋겠습니다

Well. Stayed in lots of places in London. This was the best. The welcome was as genuine and sincere. The taxis are outside and the Uber boats are outside as well…. Coming back and planning out Christmas journey now. A fantastic place to stay no question.

2 bed apartment had plenty space and the river view of tower bridge were excellent. Very happy with stay and a short 3 min walk up the hill to tower hill station made the location work well for us.

Everything was amazing. We stayed in an apartment with the river view. Enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony on NYE, but didn’t have a direct line of sight to those from the London Eye. A quick walk downstairs would have granted that. We will definitely be back.

Great Views, Great Location, Extremely well done!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Cheval, the staff was great, the location and views were amazing! We loved the room we stayed in, we had a 2 bedroom apt for us and our daughter, it was perfect. Exactly what you would expect from a high end resort location. We will definitely stay there again for future visits to London.
