à éviter

"L'hôtel" est à environ 15 minutes à pieds de Victoria, pas évident à trouver. Le mieux est de sortir au métro Pimlico! Sinon, ce n'est du tout ressemblant aux photos. La façade de l'immeuble est sale, remplie de poubelles devant et ça sent très fort la peinture! Des personnes doivent vivre là car du courrier traîne partout dans les escaliers. Pas de réception...nous n'avons reçu aucun e-mail pour nous prévenir de la façon dont ça se passait. Alors nous avons téléphoné pour obtenir (très difficilement car elle ne voulait rien nous dire) des informations, la secrétaire était très désagréable et a essayé de mettre la faute sur hotels.com, bref. La chambre était ultra sale, nous avions peur de poser nos affaires à certains endroits, la tv ne capte quasiment pas, c'est mal insonorisé, presque pas d'eau chaude, une literie horrible, devant la fenêtre traînaient des déchets dont une balayette de toilettes... une honte franchement! Je déconseille vivement de prendre ce "studio". Pas loin (plus près de Victoria) il y des hôtels bien mieux et moins chers! Sur ce, enjoy vos vacances!

Will not come back at all

Only one good point: a quiet neighbourhood with a good bus access to major spots in London. Shocking to find a half eaten rotting chocolate cake in the closet when checked-in; after climbing stairs all the way up to 3rd floor(counting in Brit way). Hair dryer unable to touch as the thing was so sticky dirty. Shower would not drain even though shower’s water pressure was so weak. TV also did not turn on - when it was fixed aftet two days, remote would not work properly. Room so small to even properly unpack or move around without bumping into each other if two people are staying. Towels are changed every day but often would forget to place foot mat. Would NEVER return as the stay in London was so unpleasant because of this!

Makes you want to stay at the pub a little longer

The room is miniscule and the building smells like mold, if you save money by coming here you will end up spending more money while staying out and avoiding the room unless it's for sleep.

Fikk ikke romtypen som var bestilt. Der var bl.a ikke aircondition selv om dette var et av valgene da vi bestilte. Helt grusomt hotell, og dårlig service av både hotellet og Expedia!

Disappointing stay

Unfortunately our stay didn’t start well from the outset of booking. The address listed on booking.com is different to that listed on Wotif which was disappointing to discover after we booked on Wotif and paid upfront. The bed was so hard and the pillows were so flat we had to prop them with the hard cushions. The heated towel rail is a safety hazard and located in a position where I kept burning my arm as the bathroom is so tiny and not as photographed. We weren’t advised of the housekeeping which was fresh towels and changed bins but was inconsistent on what days it would occur. The room was small and run down overall and not the comfortable stay we were expecting for the last leg of our honeymoon.

Vi havde et fint værelse med plads til to voksne og et barn. Der var ingen reception, men fik en mail med check ind oplysninger, og det virkede som det skulle. Kan anbefales hvis man rejser til London og egentlig bare skal bruge et sted og sove.

A good point is that there is a microwave in kitchen so I was able to take ready meal and have it in the room. Duvet and pillow could be better..

Awful

This fulfills the requirements of having a roof over your head. Nothing else. The double bed is actually a twin. Small. Stiff. Single glazing window. No air con. A horrible 'kitchen' A bathroom smaller than an aeroplane bathroom.

An affordable, cozy & safe apartment

It was a small apartment that has exactly enough space of what we need. The bathroom was clean & great amount of water. It has a small kitchen that is just perfect for what we need. I highly recommend this if you are looking for an economic budget friendly place to stay in London. It was 13 minutes walk from the Victoria Couch Station & also 13 minutes walk to watch Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theater. I am fully satisfied considering how much I paid for in London. The hotel company sent me an email on the instructions & some tips & that was a Big, big help! It was easy to access the hotel & easy to check out coz all you need to do is open the hotel door using a digital locked key & checked out by closing the door when u live. Overall I consider to stay here again as long as the price remains the same.

Les couloirs sentent les poubelles, les chambres sont très très mal insonorisées on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et dans les chambres à cotées, nous avions la vue sur une petite cour remplie de déchet, nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude et même après avoir contacté la propriétaire rien ne changeait douche à l’eau glacée tous les matins, la propreté était moyenne...

Good neighbourhood

Pimlico is a very nice neighbourhood, plenty of restaurants and small convenient stores. At night is pretty quiet and although the apartment is on a main road the traffic is that noisy. The only detail with the facilities was the size of the bathroom. Only one person at the time.

geen hotel maar een app. in het sousterrain

Het huis waarin het app. wordt momenteel verbouwd door Poolse bouwvakkers . Geweldige herrie tot laat in de avond. TV is slecht, allerlei kleine dingen ontbreken.

Ik heb een ontzettend slechte ervaring gehad met dit hotel. Onacceptabel. Ik ga hier zaak van maken. Ik had hulp nodig m.b.t het bewaren van mijn bagage, waarnaar ik de accommodatie belde om te vragen of ik mijn bagage ergens kan droppen voor een halve dag. Zij stuurde mij door naar een bepaald adres, wij zijn daar met een taxi en onze zware bagage heen gegaan, en het blijkt dat het adres geen plek is waar ik mijn bagage kan droppen. Ik eis nu een deel van mijn geld terug. We hebben daar een uur gewacht voor het adres. Vervolgens hebben we expedia gebeld en zij konden niks voor ons doen, wij voelden ons alleen gelaten. dit incident heeft ervoor gezorgd dat onze laatste dag in London verpest is. Wij konden niks leuks meer doen, omdat we nergens onze koffers konden droppen. Wr moesten hierdoor met 4 zware koffers reizen (2 grote. 2 kleine) Wij waren niet meer flexibel. Good location..

The room we had was on the top floor. There was 8 flights of stairs. The weather was hot in London and being on the top of the building it was super hot. No fans to draw cooler outside air into the room. The location was good. Many good restaurants near by.

A guy showed up out of the blue asking us to exchange the hair dryer, we had no hair dryer in the room and proceded to move our luggage and look at our stuff in the room. I did not like this, he made it feel weird and uncomforable.

Good location... dirty and minute

Good location as it was only a short walk from pimlico station.Building looked nice on arrival but walking up the carpet was filthy. The room was extremely small and we pretty much fell over each other all weekend. The room was the width of the bed from head to foot, the other side of the bed was against the wall so it was boxed in. My husband had to climb over me to get in and out. Between the bed and the wall was very dusty. There was only 2 bed pillows. The wardrobe frame was chipped all over. U could see where the laminate edge had been pulled off and varnished. The wardrobe were meant to be push to open I think but didn't work. Had to grip with my fingers to prize open.The padded seat in the middle had what looked like coffee beans crushed in it.The wallpaper was loose on the top of the TV wall. There was a fold down table on the wall which was badly painted...no chairs... . The bathroom was nice but the size of my underpants cupboard. The sink was in the way of the toilet really. I would say the whole room and bathroom combined was smaller than my sons room...and the bathroom was on a different floor so we had to get dressed when we wanted to go get a drink or something. I couldn't find the kitchen at first but the helpline did send someone quickly to show me where it was. My husband tried to iron his shirt in the room and I had to sit on the bed while he did it cos there was no room. The bind also let all the light in when the sun rose...but at least we were up early..

Appatement Bien placé

Super séjour, Appartement au dernier étage avec beaucoup de marche, un peu fatiguant en fin de journée. Mais le reste été parfait !! Ménage quasi-quotidien, grand lit, très bon rapport qualité prix. À 5 minutes de marche du métro Pimlico. Coin cuisine bien équipé. Douche propre avec eaux chaudes. Autonome... Pas de personnel, ni de réception, code pour les portes, reçu 2 jours avant, avec aucun souci d’accès. Pour conclure pour un séjour de quelques jours a sachant que l'on ne reste pas trop de temps dans l'appartement
