We stayed in a large studio and were really impressed with the size compared to a lot of other properties in London. Very clean with everything you need (apart from decaf coffee!) We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very pleasant and welcoming and the room was very nice and clean. We weren't very happy that there was no fridge and that the two side lights by the bed can only both be on at the same time and not separately but other that, it was a great room and would definitely recommend! Great stay overall. The apartment was excellent with one of the best views. Kitchen amenities were well thought out, and the starter setup with coffee, tea, and milk was a nice touch. Two areas to improve: * Housekeeping: There was no cleaning during our one-week stay. A refresh every 2 to 3 days would make a big difference. * Support: I had to go to reception three times for help with the washing machine and no one came. Responsiveness needs improvement. Overall, a great property with few service areas that can be improved.
