I liked the ethos of the company, the staff were excellent, the building was unique. There are a few things that could be improved on like more power sockets and better sound proofing in the rooms, plus longer hours for the bar

In general the stay were fine. We had booked a normal room with seperate beds.....which turned out to be the smallest hotel room on the planet....we negotiated to pay a lot more pn top of what we already had paid, and ended in a very nice room. The location is good, the staff are excellent and even the breakfast is quite good. If only rooms were of same high standard or even had a tv...so all in all will still recommend the good hotel

The hotel was very clean and had a perfect location close to the ExCel center where my event was being held. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful when I needed to store my bags early before my checkin time.
