Great location for our 5 day trip. Easy access to multiple modes of transportation. Walked to Tower Bridge in about 20mins. Smaller room but worked for us (couple, 2 large backpacks and 2 standard backpacks).

Good room in lower ground but the tube noise (every 2 mins!) was a bit annoying. Very good location but did not like having to pay to leave luggage for a few hours. Not my first time in it but next time will ask for room in 2nd floor! (smaller but quiet).

Great staff, clean room! No fridge in the room which was slightly inconvenient. Aircon was good, room was small but fine for the evening as we were out at a concert. Window was large (added extra cost) Walls however were thin so could hear disturbance in the night/morning. But overall very pleasant and would use again for a concert or a night out. As price we paid was great for location!

Excellent service, convenient location, air conditioned and thoughtfully compact/ comfortable room. We arrived early and staff went above and beyond to get a space ready for us whilst we chilled in the courtyard garden - which I recommend, a little oasis! There are no facilities in the room such as kettle etc but the downstairs area has plenty 24/7 refreshments and quiet safe space - even for an introvert like me!

This is a fantastic place with air-conditioning. Very close to a major train station and easy to get to the airport. The staff is some of the friendliest that we’ve ever encountered on any trip over the last 20 years. The property is well maintained and very new. The bed was very comfortable and air-conditioning worked well.
