This is a nice clean modern hotel. Well priced. The room was a too small for me, or anyone I suspect who gets a touch claustrophobic.

When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready even though we arrived 40 minutes after check in time. The staff working at the front desk this day didn’t seem to be that attentive, other than being offered a hot drink. When we asked if our room was ready, the man at reception didn’t seem to know but did eventually find us a different room. Unfortunately it wasn’t a great start to our stay. The rooms are tiny and have no kettle or iron in the room. The bed was quite small and we were only given one pillow each. That being said, it was clean and did have a safe which we used. The shower was very good and the air conditioning was very good too.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is good but the same everyday. They only provide bath towels, no hand nor face towels. The area is safe and is close to restaurants and is walking distance to public transportation.

Absolutely fabulous little hotel for a short stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room and the hotel in general clean and well maintained, the breakfast had all the basic food. The location is also very good and walkable distance to bus and train stations connecting you to the city. Would definitely recommend.

Value for money. I like to stay at Point A when in London. It's a bit cramped. But everything is nice and clean. Good bed. Nice breakfast. Fast and easy check-in. Good locations round London close to train stations.
