The location is amazing. So easy to get to. The price is great value for the location. It's a nice little hotel run by very nice people. The rooms are small but has what you need. A few things could be improved (the hairdryer didn't work, the shower door was a bit wonky). What really impressed me is how clean they keep the place. The room was very well maintained!!

Basic budget hotel.

A basic budget hotel in a very convenient location. Very small room, no amenities. But literally a 2 min walk to bars, shops and restaurants of Pimlico. It was fine. Just very basic.

Fuctional, well located for a short stay

Functional well located short stay hotel. You get what you pay for but that was fine as I just needed a bed. Convenient for Eurostar. Was a bit cold but that was quickly remedied by the friendly staff.

Okay for a short stay / traveling overnight stop.

It’s okay for a one or two night stay , the room was nothing near what the online pictures were. The neighborhood is okay convenient location to Victoria Coach / Train Station .

Hotel is in a great location, with the exception of getting the tube too Pimlico when we first arrived, after that we walked to Westminster as it was warm. If it's cold and wet it's close to Pimlico and Victoria Tube stations and the line is open late at the weekends, so you can stay out 'til 4am and get back without issues. Read other reviews about the rooms, ours was clean bedsheets etc all clean, no issues at all. Only thing was getting back in the card key should work on the front door (about 1am), but the reception staff let us in quickly and we hadn't even knocked at that point.
