The hotel was dated but cozy. The staff was the best part of the stay. We checked in at 6AM, and they found us a room even though check in was at 4PM. They were always happy to help with any issues. The hotel is situated in the perfect spot for sightseeing in London. Most things walking distance from hotel.

This is a great choice. Location was perfect and we walked everwhere. The room was small but it was fine. The only thing it did not have any storage for your clothes. Other than that I would recommend this hotel

Great location. Walking distance to many attractions and tube lines. Comfortable rooms. Room deficiencies were addressed quickly. One note. We had a room with a sofa bed which blocked the dresser drawers when open.

The location of the hotel is well situated to Trafalgar Square and the West End therefore really easy to get around. We have stayed there before but unfortunately on this occasion our room was very small and warm as the air conditioning wasn’t working properly! They did however provide us with a fan and breakfast as a goodwill gesture!

Excellent location with about a 8 minute walk to both Piccadilly and Leicester Square. Many bars and restaurants close. My room had a king bed, ironing board, safe, coffee/tea, cookies. There is a buffet English breakfast available which is excellent with seating inside or on the patio. Staff were attentive and approachable. Considering the location and being London, one cannot do any better.

The room was very large and comfortable for a European hotel. The bathroom was clean. The carpet was older so seemed a little less clean, but that was likely just age. The desk staff was responsive to our requests. We did not eat at the hotel. They offer a £7 food and beverage credit per day if you forgo housekeeping. We were able to use it on grab & go drinks. They supply Nespresso and fresh milk which allowed us to have breakfast in our rooms offering a significant savings. The location is tucked away, but central to all we wanted to see. I’d stay here again.

Good location for sightseeing unfortunately the Air Conditioning wasn’t working in any room and without opening windows it was extremely uncomfortable. The staff were great and did provide fans but these were noisy

Great location. Breakfast is adequate but coffee is terrible. A real plus is the large bedrooms but the bathroom had no storage or shelf space at all. No lotion but very large towels!!

This hotel is in a great location for the tube, trains and walking. It is close to Trafalger square and Westminster. ! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly! I think the name of the evening front desk man was Rashid and many times he went above and beyond to help us! The breakfast staff were very friendly and on top of things. I would recommend this hotel and stay here in the future.
